Free Shipping Policy
We provide FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING for all orders to anywhere in the United States.
You can be sure that your order will be processed quickly and delivered safely. When you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation that contains the tracking information for your shipment. We generally ship orders on the same day that we receive them. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
We can also provide expedited, overnight delivery at extra cost. To arrange an overnight shipment, please call us at 720-500-2266.
Total Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your wellbeing during radiation therapy, and stand behind our product with a TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it to us for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited for the full amount in the same manner as your original payment. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 5 business days of your receipt of the package.
To return your order, please call us at 720-500-2266 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to process your returned product once we receive it.
Shipping Your Returned Product
Please send your returned product to: ProTechSure Scientific, Inc., 50 S Steele St Suite 250, Denver Colorado 80209. Clearly print your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping envelope or package. We will not accept returns that do not have the assigned RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the shipping envelope or package. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receiving Your Refund
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you an email confirmation. We will then process your refund, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card account or original method of payment.
If you have not received your refund 60 days after receiving our email confirmation, please contact your credit card company or bank to determine the status of the refund, as it may take more time before it is posted. If you still have not received your refund 90 days after receiving our email confirmation, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
